From what I know,
The three pillars are:
1-"Al-Iklas" so that its ONLY for allah's sake. (no because of any other reason; like wealth, or race.... ect)
2-Not helping each other on any haram. (how can you ask for the reward of brotherhood and use it to do sins??!!)
3-"Al-Naseehah" (by showing the other the right and warning of wrong)
And I dont know (or heard of) any hadeeth about spasific "levels" of brotherhood, I know it's better whenever it gets colser to the pillars and weakins when the practicing of them weakins.
The rights are:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:{ Six are the rights of a Muslim over another Muslim. It was said to him: Allah's Messenger, what are these? Thereupon he said:
(1) When you meet him, offer him greetings;
(2) when he invites you to a feast accept it.
(3) when he seeks your council give him,
(4) and when he sneezes and says: "All praise is due to Allah," you say Yarhamuk Allah (may Allah show mercy to you); and
(5) when he fails ill visit him;
(6) and when he dies follow his bier.}
