Hello Phat,
Dead bodies of animals they are refering to are animals that have died by natural causes, or killed not according to Islamic law.
Of course the animal has to be dead to eat it

but they must be slaughtered according to Islamic Law. These animals include: lamb, goat, cow, chicken, duck. There are many more, Just as you posted they can not be carnivous, reptiles or birds that use their talons to kill, since they are eating other animals.All seafood is Halal for us. I hope this helps.
