What the Bible attributes to Allah
#1

Bismillah

II Kings 19: 16

Lord, bow down thine ear, and hear: open, Lord thine eyes, and see: and hear the words of Sennacherib, which hath sent him to reproach the living God.

- He is All-seeing and All-Hearing in Islam and Glory to Him! does not have to be reproached.

Psalm 44: 23

Awake, O Lord! Why do you sleep?

Rouse yourself! Do not reject us forever.

-Allah never sleeps and does not require rest in Islam. Far above our weaknesses is He.

Psalm 78: 65

Then the Lord awoke as from sleep,

as a man wakes from the stupor of wine.

-Not only is God sleeping but is stupified like a drunkard?!? Subhanallah! Does this not horrify anyone what is being attributed to The Perfect One?

I Kings 11: 9-10

The LORD became angry with Solomon because his heart had turned away from the LORD , the God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice. 10 Although he had forbidden Solomon to follow other gods, Solomon did not keep the LORD's command.

Genesis 9: 23

When he (Noah) drank some of its wine, he became drunk and lay uncovered inside his tent. 22 Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father's nakedness and told his two brothers outside.

II Samuel 11: 2-5, 14-17

One evening David got up from his bed and walked around on the roof of the palace. From the roof he saw a woman bathing. The woman was very beautiful, 3 and David sent someone to find out about her. The man said, "Isn't this Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam and the wife of Uriah the Hittite?" 4 Then David sent messengers to get her. She came to him, and he slept with her. (She had purified herself from her uncleanness.) Then [1] she went back home. 5 The woman conceived and sent word to David, saying, "I am pregnant."

14 In the morning David wrote a letter to Joab and sent it with Uriah. 15 In it he wrote, "Put Uriah in the front line where the fighting is fiercest. Then withdraw from him so he will be struck down and die."

16 So while Joab had the city under siege, he put Uriah at a place where he knew the strongest defenders were. 17 When the men of the city came out and fought against Joab, some of the men in David's army fell; moreover, Uriah the Hittite died.

-The All-Knowing God does not know that His servants will perform such henious acts? Solomon, the polytheist, Noah, the foolish drunkard, and David, the adultering murderer all slipped past the Knowledge of Allah as He was choosing who would lead his people and call them to righteousness?

Psalm 89: 39

You have renounced the covenant with your servant

and have defiled his crown in the dust.

-In Islam, Allah never breaks His Promises. Is this not a sign of weakness that one must lie in order to succeed?

Psalm 89: 46-49

46 How long, O LORD ? Will you hide yourself forever?

How long will your wrath burn like fire?

47 Remember how fleeting is my life.

For what futility you have created all men!

48 What man can live and not see death,

or save himself from the power of the grave [5] ?

Selah

49 O Lord, where is your former great love,

which in your faithfulness you swore to David?

-God is hidden and has left men to fed for themselves? Then why are there prophets and revelations?

Just wanted to share.

Peace
