of course the ayah is very true, however, still this does not take them out of deen making it halal for ex to kill them. They remian muslims, but committing a sin, which they will pay for it in the hereafter. Truly brother takfir is serious, I d rather not judge at all. Well of course I dont have your level of knowledge but still dont prefer to judge.
