I will not elaborate on the Aysh Dr. Naik referred to explaining that we all testified when we were still in the Dhar world which says:
"And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this."

I thought of posting it in order to remove the confusion between the three aspects.
There is an aspect regarding Adam accepting the trust.
Another aspect regarding Allah bringing forth all of mankind who are going to be created, before they even created and ask them as the Ayah says. They all testified that Allah Is their Lord, in order to close the door for any argument on the Day of Resurrection.
All of the aforementioned is part of Ghayb (unknown)
But let us be practical on this matter, why do you focus on the reason or wisdom behind setting up the company, why dont you instead focus on the rules, how to follow them and how to benefit and promote? I mean if you are offered a good position in a prestigious company, certainly this company would have an internal regulation / by law, covering merits, penalties, rules of promotion / demotion, disciplinary actions, mechanisms of enforcing the aforementioned, working hours, days off, leave..etc.
One who makes sure to observe and comply with the set rules and regulations would certainly be entitled for the promotions, bonuses (after undergoing certain training courses for each grade he/she takes up), otherwise, one would be subjected to a long list of phased penalties ranging from verbal notification, written warning, investigation through legal affairs, and finally dismissal. If you are offered a position, I am sure you will not focus on the reason that made the owner set up the company which might be investing his/her capital, desire to promote specific technology, engaging in innovation, or serving the community and opening job opportunities. You will not think for one second about the reason, but you will ensure to review the internal regulation, and strive hard on complying with them, without even discussing them, in order to be entitled for the better positions and promotion.
Why dont you just do the same, the wisdom behind creating the world is known to the Creator, but at the end of the day, the Creator Gave you a chance to be part of it, to enjoy living it, you know the rules sat forth by the Creator, just try hard to follow them.
I am supplicating to Allah that Harry the questioner would come and read.
