Say: "The spoils are for Allah and the Messenger." So fear Allah and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad), if you are believers.* The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Quran) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone); Who perform the payer and spend out of that We have provided them.(Quran 8:1-3)

From the above mentioned noble Ayah we derive the following:

The Divine Command here is:


1. Fear Allah.


2. Adjust all matters of difference among you.


3. Obey Allah and His Messenger.


However, this would be only done upon the condition, if you are believers.

The Ayah defines the believers as:

[color="#FF8C00"]1. When Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts.

2. When His Verses (this Quran) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith.

3. They put their trust in their Lord (Alone)

4. Who perform the payer

5. Spend out of that We have provided them.[/color]
