Allah Says in the Quran وجعلناكم شعوباً وقبائل لتعارفوا

We have made you nations and tribes so you may know each other.

I don't see any problem in getting married from a different culture as long as both husband and wife are pious ,

Prophet Mohammad PBUH said the best amongst you is the best to their wives and I am best to my wives.

A muslim should try his best to keep his family happy and I don't see anything wrong if a husband says to his wife that he loves her, in fact our prophet use to do so many things that helps in establishing love between a husband and a wife, for example he use to drink from the same cup in which Aisha may be Allah please with her used to drink or sometimes they even raced together etc.

He even used to kiss aisha while leaving for Salah , we can learn a lot from the life of our beloved Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.
