You overlooked an important part in my post:

you need to look at it from a global viewpoint. Like for example,<strong> a wife is entitled to ask for divorce if her husband turned his back in bed.</strong>

Why did you overlook this??

Hey there...

I didn't overlook it, I didn't see what bearing it had on the topic at hand. A man gets to beat his wife, but the wife can ask for a divorce if he turns his back to her while sleeping...seems very one sided to me.
