Bismillah
R- There are also two different languages while the common phrase from the articles is in English. Of course you know this and are just being either condescending or defensive.
I do dare you to try to convince everyone that Christians are not trying to convert people to Christianity.
On the other hand, what can be said about muslims who under duress do not turn back to their deen but rather look for an easy way out? Because in practice, Christianity is much easier than Islam. Or "democracy" or secularism or atheism?
We can try to blame the "calculating" and "intrusive" Christians but in reality, this attempt to convert nonchristians has been occurring for centuries. It is only recently that such gains (or losses, depending on the "side") have been made. When muslims know their religion then conversion away from Islam is very low. When muslims don't know the deen and are being taught their religion by the very people who are trying to convice them that it is wrong, the outcome is all too obvious.
