The misleading part here is the report itself, after the man has defined the term terrorism, the reporter said:
Quote:“it is that Jihadist version of Islam”
I am asking now, did the man mention anything related to Jihad in that report?
The reporter then started to lie, he said that:
Quote:“the attack of 9/11 was justified, and that the attack on almost any American is justified.”
The man clearly said that his idea of terrorizing the disbelievers
Quote:“doesn't mean to go and kill an innocent civilian”.
And the proof for what he said to be true is that the reporter still alive. :D
He said that:
Quote:“terrorism is to make them fearful so that they can think twice before they go and rape your mother, kill your brother or go onto your lands and try to steal your resources”.
In other words, we too, Muslims and Christians should be terrorists against those anti social elements.
I only don't appreciate his way in expressing the idea, especially in that particular time where Islam is most misrepresented, misunderstood and twisted by the media as in the example of this report. The man was too angry which is something <i>unislamic</i>. We are commanded in the Qur'an to follow the Prophet Muhammad's PBUH footsteps, and he was soft and gentle when he speaks, and so we should too. Allah said to him in the Qur'an:
