Muslimah wrote: Where did you read this statement about Egyptian law?
Virtually all travel websites say this. For example:
Egypt travel tips
Egypt Do's and Don't
Egypt basic travel information
and so on.
did you ever meet, read, hear a Muslim who slandered or even criticised Eassa
I'm surprised that you would ask such a question. Perhaps you're not aware that muslims consider Jesus to be a prophet? Why would muslims slander one of their own prophets?
But as it turns out, on one occasion I did see a Canadian muslim slander Jesus. Years ago there was a demonstration by muslims here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where muslims were demanding that "The Satanic Verses" by Rushdie be banned. On TV, one of the muslim spokesman said, in an attempt to explain why Muslims were offended by the book: "How would Christians like it if I said that Jesus was a *************" (I can't recall the exact expletives he used). At the time, I didn't know that muslims consider Jesus to be a prophet, so I didn't think this incident was unusual.
I told her about a certain man who is just specialised in slandering the Messenger
I don't know if that remark is addressed to me or not. In your past posts, you have made reference to me being a woman, so presumably you are referring to someone else.
But if you are referring to me, everything I say about Mohammad comes from the koran and hadith. How can I be accused of slander, if I am quoting sources which muslims consider to be true?
