as salam alykom sister reborn-muslimah Welcome to the board and that was a very nice post to start with, we all need to tap on our patience, we need to remember when we are angry to follow the sunnah such as changing position, if u r sitting stand up and vice versa, also take wodu, most important is really to say aoudh billah mina shaytan arajeem and hold on your tongue. May Allah help us do that rather than just running to caves:) |
