Salam alikom
Jazaki Allaho Khairana sister.I just want to say that it's true that today many muslim girls are going stray but at the same time there are some factors that contribute majorly to this, and in some situations you can not even blame the girl. For one parents have a great effect and they effect the way the child is brought up, if the parents do not apply the teachings of Islam on themselves how can we expect the child to do it, also you need to teach the girl from childhood the teachings of Islam as she grows older know that the time to insert new ideas is running out, I saw this on my own friends would you believe it if I told you that all my friends do not wear hijab except one and for all of them their mothers do not wear Hijab at all. Secondly the environment around the girl and peer pressure, we must admit it's not that easy for sisters living in non-beliving countries where they are exposed to fitnah daily, the enviroment encourages wrong actions and if the girl has no support from family nor their are sisters around her who encourage her to do right then it will be easy for her to be led stray. It's not as if it's better in muslim countries!!!. I gather we must look back at the source of the problem also and find a remedy for it or at least try to improve it.
Take care
