Quote:"islamophobia in the USA" ? Hardly ! The vast majority of people in this clip demonstrated absolutely no "islamophobic" behaviour what so ever. Indeed, quite the opposite.
And the girl that was the subject of this jolly jape put on by this sorry excuse for TV journalism lets some interesting nuggets of information slip about her own piety. For example, she explains that she "is old enough to do things by herself and shouldn't need a chaperon." Perhaps somebody could explain to this addled muslimah that in an a sharia run dictatorship she would most certainly not have the luxury of leaving the house on her own. Oh, and did you catch the the part when she embraced the kuffr in a hug ? Grounds for a stoning in some parts of the muslim world.

Well you may not see it as Islamophobic but I do think it is something that is growing. Unfortunatelty.
I think you got it a bit backwards. Many women go out on their own, to work, to shop, to visit sisters, to the dentist or whatever. But a woman will probably not go out to 'hang around' to flirt or to 'look att guys'.
Yes I did notice the last hug and that may have been going across the line. But I think, to her defense, that she was so taken by that a non-Muslim did stand up for the right that even Muslims shall be respected that it was a spontanious reaction out of being happy and touched by that kind of concern.
