Here is the explanation for what is puzzling you Karbala, and I think you are being also affected with the over hyping western media.

I asked the simple qustion why the Qatif girl is being labelled an "adulterer" or a "Zaani" in Dan's calltoislam article.


Thus

if your only problem is descibing her as adultress, I think in Arabic they wouldnt use Zaniyah.

Ok let me see if I understand you. The wouldnt use the word Zaniyah in Arabic for the Qatif girl right?

The Qatif woman was tried in a court of law and found guilty of Zinnah (in the general sense of the word). She is a convicted Zaani (adulterer).

Look Muslimah they used the word Zaani. Do you agree with this? You just said yourself they wouldnt use the word zaniyah in arabic. Zaani, zaniyah isnt it the same word? Am I missing something here?


I also asked the simple question why the Ta'azir punishment was justified?

crimes may not deserve the Hadd punishment, but they are deserving of the


Ta’zeer punishment.

Nowhere in this paragraph is there an explanation why Ta'azir punishment is justified for a woman who has done "khalwa" with a non-mahram man. There were no nude photos by the way.
