Bropther Ahmed, I disagree with you. How is it impossible to obtain 4 witness to and adultry especially these days when video taping is common especially among hollywood celebs.

Dear sister, we are not talking about hollywood celeberities, we are talking about those who commit Zina in secret, like a married man or a married woman

Even watching CNN you can hear about or learn where to go to see Brittnay Spears or Paris Hilton sex tapes,

Hmm, actually with the advanced computer graphic and video softwares, it can't be a conclsive evidence if the Zani and Zania denied it. but again we are not talking about Britney or any specific person for that matter, we are talking about those who have sex ouside the wedlock in secret and even if in public, like in a brothel, I donlt think the client and the sex worker will have 4 people attending the service to wtiness the male organ entering the female organ

In hollywood yes, but in the Muslim communities, it is very shamefull and had to be done in secret at least most of the times

but in some cases as an enertainment. Where I live even the local radio station proudly advertises pictures and videos of local people engages in wierd sex acts.

What you are saying makes no sense really, so you want to apply the Quran laws on those who donlt believe in it?, on the other hand most so called islamic countries don't even uphold the Quran laws and there is no lashes to the Zani and Zania

Of course, i live in the same enviroment in Australia, but this is not what we are talking about, we are talking about those Zanis and Zanias in the Muslim communities
