How the above can make sense to a child?
I mean how a Zani and Zania can have 4 witnesses that he actually saw the man's sexual organ inserted into the woman's vagina. this is rediculous and makes no sense whatsoever
If that is the case then NO ONE WILL EVER BE CHARGED as Zani or Zania
On the other hand the 4 witnesses are required for another law, the law relating to those who accuse the believing women of adultry, i.e. they need to bring 4 witnesses (no seeing of any organs is required) that a specific believing women is committing adultry, if they fail to bring those 4 witnesses the n they must be lashed 80 lashes, it is not even relating to the believing men
So why the source you got this info from is mxing the two laws?
