Arabic wards for How to Pray one raka's ركعه

<span>starting by standing is called qiyamقيام and it is assumed after having made the intention to pray. Raising both hands up to the ears (palms facing the Qiblahقبله) "Allah u Akbar الله أكبر " ("Allah is Great") is said, and then holding the left hand with the right hand on top. In this position the following prayers are recited: </span>

<span>· Thanaثناء </span>

<span>"Praise and glory be to you O Allah. Blessed be Your Name, exalted be Your Majesty and Glory. There is no God but You"</span>

<span>"Subhanaka Allah umma wa bihamdika, wa tabaraka ismuka, wa ta'ala jadduka, wa la ilaha ghairuk" </span>

<span>سبحانك اللهم ما بحمدك وتبارك اسمك ولاأله غيرك</span>

<span>· Ta'awadh تعويذه </span>

<span>"I seek Allah's shelter from Satan, the condemned"</span>

<span>"Aozhu bi Allah i mina ashaitan i errajeem"</span>

<span>أعوذبالله من ألشيطان الرجيم </span>

<span>Tasmiah تسميه </span>

<span>"In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful."</span>

<span>"Bismillah e errahman e erraheem" </span>

<span>بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم</span>

<span>Al-Fatihah, الفاتحه and any short surah or a few verses from the Holy Quran. </span>

<span>"Praise be to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds; Most Gracious, Most Merciful; Master of the Day of Judgment. Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek. Show us the straight way, the way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, Those whose (portion) is not wrath, And who go not astray."</span>

<span>سورة الفاتحة - سورة 1 - عدد آياتها 7 </span>

<span>1. "Bismillah e errahman e erraheem" </span>

<span>بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. </span>

<span>1. "Al humdo lil-lahi rab-bil al ala-meen. الْحَمْدُ للّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ</span>

<span>2. Arrahman i erraheem. الرَّحْمـنِ الرَّحِيمِ 4</span>

<span>3. Maliki yaum i eddeen. مَـالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ</span>

<span>4. Iyyaka nabudu wa iyyaka nasta een. إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ</span>

<span>5. Ihdinas sirata almustaqeem. اهدِنَــــا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيمَ</span>

<span>6. Siratal lazhina anamta alaihim, صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنعَمت عَلَيهِمْ َ</span>

<span>Ghairil maghdubi alaihim, عَلَيهِمْ عَلَيهِمْ غَيرِ المَغضُوبِ</span>

<span>7. Wa la adhdhaal leen. وَلاَ الضَّالِّينَ</span>

<span>(Aameen)" وَلاَ الضَّالِّينَ</span>

<span>Al-Asr, or Time Through the Ages </span>

<span>2. Inna al insaana la fee khusr إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ </span>

<span>An-Nasr, or Help </span>

<span>بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم1. إِذَا جَاء نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ 2. وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا 3. فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا </span>

<span>5. Allazhi yuwasswiso fee sudoori ennaas </span>

<span>6. Min aljinnati wa annaas. </span>

<span>سورة الناس - سورة 114 - عدد آياتها 6 </span>

<span>بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم1. قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ 2. مَلِكِ النَّاسِ 3. إِلَهِ النَّاسِ 4. مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ 5. الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ 6. مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَ النَّاسِ</span>

<span>Saying "Allah u Akba" this position is assumed as shown in the figure. This position is called ruku and the prayers as given are recited: </span>

<span>"Glorified is my Lord, the Great" (three times). </span>

<span>"Subhana rabbiya al azeem" سبحان ربى العظيم</span>

<span>"Subhana rabbiya al azeem" سبحان ربى العظيم</span>

<span>"Subhana rabbiya al azeem" سبحان ربى العظيم</span>

<span>While going back to qiyam position the first prayer given below, is said. Then having taken this position prayer the second is said: </span>

<span>"Allah listens to him who praises Him"</span>

<span>"Samia Allah u liman hamidah" </span>

<span>"Our Lord, praise be for you only"</span>

<span>"Rabbana wa laka al hamd" ربنا ولك الحمد </span>

<span>This position is called sujood. Saying "Allah u Akbar" ("Allah is Great") one prostrates as shown and then the prayer below is said: </span>

<span>"Glorified is my Lord, the Exalted" (three times). </span>

<span>"Subhana rubbiyal a'ala" سبحان ربى الاعلى</span>

<span>"Subhana rubbiyal a'ala" سبحان ربى الاعلى</span>
