Hello There are a lot of family planning centers in Pakistan which give booklets etc for free. I think that making condoms available that easily is not good. A married couple should be able to get these contraceptives if they go to a Family planning center, and show evidence of their marriage. And a lot of people have children by their will, cause they have means to support their children too. And children bring with them whatever is in their destiny. -- Ali |
