New to Islam need advice

:?: as i am new to islam i have a bit of an embassing question... i have read some where that women must shave all their hair from their private area does this this mean all of it? i am a western woman and have only ever done my bikini line which means leaving most of it unshaven

I'm not sure if i should take it all off. please advise me in this matter as i do not want to go against Islam!
