A brother told us of a hadith once where Rasool (saw) said Hell fire is full of those people for whom tomorrow never came.
The meaning of this hadith is that people say I will perform my obligations when I am ready and before that time comes their souls are taken by Allah SWT.
Also, what does it mean when someone says when I am ready? Muslims are accountable for their actions as soon as they reach the age of puberty so to me that is when someone is ready. As for other excuses, when does one know when they are ready? Do they receive message from the heavens they are ready or have a dream to tell them????!
