First error in that post: All races are allergic to lactose. Wrong. First, there is no biological difference between any group of people on the planet. Races only exist in a social sense and lactose is in the physical sense. Second, people from European backrounds are much more tolerent of lactose than others. Humans (especially Europeans) DO produce certain amounts of lactase enzyme throughout their life. Third: Everything causes cancer. Any carbon based substance, once digested, releases trace amounts of carcinogens. Humans die, period. Personal choice of what you eat is fine, lying about nutritional science is not. Mad Cow disease is a definite problem. If you eat the infected beef, you will die painfully and prematurely. There is no direct link between having a glass of milk with your chocolate chip cookies and dropping dead.
