The last one goes someway to hint that the fact that recorded rape cases are lower in muslim countries has nothing to do with a lower crime rate, and more to do with the fact women who are raped are afraid to come forward. 60 lashes for rape, but 90 for just being in a car with a man she's not married to? Sounds fair. :blink:
