When women are in their menses, they are considered to be physically impure. That is why you will see that all the prohibitions involve physical action, including touching the Qur'an. Their minds are not impure, so there is nothing wrong with reciting the Qur'an or remembering Allah through Dhikr. And Allah Knows Best. |
