1 Its a nightvision camera, and will only show hues of green, so if they are red flares it won't show.
2 Parachute flares will look almost stationary on a 10 second clip
And you've spoken to these 400, even just one? Just because a film, or a website states something as fact doesn't mean it is.
That 'sargent' could be anyone. For all you or I know it could be some guy they pulled off the street and slipped $20
Either that, an actual alien spaceship or a real alien radio message. I'm not fussy
These films fall into two types:
1) The out and out lie. Take stock UFO footage, drag in someone off the street and get them to claim they used to work at Roswell/Area 51, and generally make up stuff. Just take a look at that alien autopsy video as a prime example
2) Then theres the genuine UFO believer making a documentary. They take all the 'evidence', don't question any of it, and present it as proof, and if you totally switch off your brain you can believe it. Its only when you actually want to question it that you see that grainy photo of a UFO for the lampshade reflected in a window that it is.
I understand your reluctance with home-shot footage, capturing things that CAN be explained.
How about footage recorded by NASA and the Russian Space Agency, with even the astronaughts on film commenting on the objects?

The video is 1hour 30mins long, the first part is an interview with a editor technician, talking about his findings of what 'Space Phenomena'..that is itself interesting, but please skip the video to the <b>One Hour</b> mark and watch from there.
<b>My particular favourite is when Ground Control is trying to look for the MIR space station in a live feed..the woman desribes this sparking object and says that's MIR. She then gets corrected, and speaks of another object..and calls that MIR. The object then moves away lool, so it cna't be a space station..so she goes "erm..er.." and then notices what she calls a shooting star. Later on, at a different feed - we see exactly the same "shooting stars" but they change direction whilst zooming across the Earth lol.</b>
And these objects are way too big to be ice crystals, besides, ice crystal can't zoom across space and then do a 45degree turn and zoom off again. :huh:
