Shamms, before I get back to you more on this topic INsh a Allah, regarding the dates issue.
Lab tests were run in Germany on dates as a nutrient, you know what the results were? That dates is a factor of hormon stabilization. Magic and poison both have the same effect on the hormonal system. Owing to these results, workers who are involved in mining were put on a diet that includes dates in the morning. As such, they were protected against the hazardos associated with their type of work.
Now these are not the results from an Islamic country.
Shamms, why dont you try them???

Before trying them, make a search on the benefits of dates as a nutrient.
Who taught the Messenger salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam those scientific facts? you dont think he ran lab tests on dates, do you? :)
