I think this is a great idea, talking about the pseu‧do privacy, pls I m sure you know better Kal. I mean what privacy when Hagana site for example is classifying the Islamic sites into Jihadi, salafi, having the IP addresses of the owner. Where is the privacy when you can be tracked by CIA, FBI or the like. Even on the local level, where is the privacy when places like Saudi Arabia monitor sites thru their ...city, here in Egypt some ISPs serve the government in tracking users of certain boards. Thus, we are deceiving ourselves if we think that we have privacy. Having said that, in all cases we dont really have privacy. If our privacy is breached for such a noble purpose I for one personally dont mind at all. We really need our children to be safe dont we?

Ofcourse no one has real privacy when it comes to the Internet - but this proposal is directly letting the user know he/she is being watched. I'd much rather prefer if they didnt tell me - you know what i mean?
The real debate here is not the concept, but the psychological impact it'd have on people if the only tool, where most people in the world can express their opinions freely, being limited or caged; thats the real issue here.
I did a survey on this, and 85% people refused this proposal. <_<
