Well I have to admit it makes interesting reading, but not knowing the origanl qu'ran text I can't really argue about his use of definitions, but he does need to do some more research.
For example Eratosthanes (276-195 BC) proved the Earth was round, and measured the circumference of the Earth using two poles. How accurate he was we don't know, he measured it in Stadia which know has managed to convert into modern measurements.
He also says that we've only just discovered the medicinal properties of honey, when the Romans where in fact using honey as an antisceptic to protect wounds.
