I understand what you are saying but I just think it is dangerous and confusing to use the same concepts as the non-muslims do which originate from their aqeedah and apply these to the Islamic hukms as my example highlights.


We should also try to figure out that when anyone performs an action which is against the shariah the Human Rights organisations come to their help who explain the act as the individuals freedom as if it is correct.
