Quote:Salam Muslimah
As usual you always come to the Defence of an Arab country whenever I say something. I'm not surprised as this has happened before. Allah knows best. You even wanted to edit me just for saying "May Allah destroy that bigoted kingdom".
And FYO My beloved Mother also lived in Saudi and she is a Doctor. I choose to believe her. You didn't even bother showing any sympathy to the women who suffer in saudi.
Dan or no Dan I would've said what I said. What has that got to do with anything.
I think It's about time that we all practise what we preach.
Peace
am sorry I have to disagree with you too.
my wife is a Filipina, and I have LOTSSSSSS of Filipino friends, Muslims and Non Muslims who live in Saudi Arabia, they are treated very well as a whole, yes I do agree that in every community there is a black sheep, but as a whole all these nationalities are treated very very well and as a result masha'Allah many of the Filipinas and Filipinos are embracing Islam EVERY DAY in Saudi Arabia, I remember in one day alone about 260 Filipino have embraced Islam in Jeddah (one of its mosques).
I don’t think there is a huge discrimination as you may feel or as you heard. Maybe your mother's experience has an effect on you.
And by the way, I’ve been to Mecca and have seen that the majority of the Somalis who live there are not perfectly practicing their religion, I once witnessed that one lady have stolen a Muslim brother from Saudi and he insisted to file a case in the police station but at the end he let her go free.
I even met a Yemeni man who told me that we are treated badly in Saudi Arabia, but not just because one person told me that then I will take it as a whole.
In my opinion, if you really feel that you are not treated well in any country. Then leave it.
And May Allah Bless and protect this great country from any harm. Ameen.
As regards to Falafel... Saudi Arabia allows Falafel. Alhamdulelah. (Just to get back back to original topic) :P
