The renewal of my car license

I always try to be polite when calling people like that, they are people after all, and normally the person your talking to had nothing to do with the problem, but they get the flack. Besides, if your polite they're more likely to be helpful. The only time I get annoyed is when they treat you like an idiot, telling you they can't do such and such, when you know full well they can. |
