Ok, according to your own <i>'weird' </i> logic that killing <b>IN ALL CASES CONSIDERED TO BE SIN AND AN ACT OF DISOBEDIENCE TO THE CREATOR</b>. Then you have to tell me, how about those people who <b>have given the commandment that such and such should be killed? Are they considered according to you as sinners or they are absolutely sinless because they just didn’t commit the act of killing? </b>
