Bismillah
ok let me explain why, eating fool (beans) in the morning for breakfast is the habbit of the majority of Egyptians. How and where to eat it differs from one person to another and one class to another. Most people who belong to the low income class eat it outside there homes before going to work. Those fool carts are quite common in working class areas, however, they are like an attraction in high income class areas. like for example, u may find them in districts like Garden City, because it is attached to Kasr Elainy street which is again a kind of working class area coupled with a large number or civil and governmental bodies incluing the Cabinet of Ministers. Those governmental bodies employ a large number of under paid staff who highly appreciate such fool carts in the morning. Thus u may say that such fool carts when they are not serving in working class areas, they do station themselves close to work places where they can attain a high volume of customers in the morning before they report in to their work. They can have their meal and just get in immidately.
Egypt certainly has a special and an own flavor and schedule.
I really thought u took the shots, really sorry for that. :wavey:
