Out of interest, what are most of the calls you are getting about?

Well im not good at advice thats why i quit answering the calls but most of the calls are about realationships obviously since its from uni students and many are female


I tried with a few of the calls but it seems i dont have the patience to listen to someone go on and on and on about why his girfriend dumped her etc etc ........but there are some really good advisors on duty who r really good who do help many people


By the way i took the quiz after i took a few calls and i failed..........


But on a plus side im sticking to the technical side of it to keep things running smoothly


There are also many calls from young muslim students which brings worry and concern as just the other day one of the advisors got a call from sum 1 who was thinking of commiting suicide .......in the same position me myself would have no idea how to help the guy id probably tell him to find the nearest stairs to the roof and jump off


Any way we still need loads more volunteers and we r in the process of acquiring a a small contract with an outsourcing call centre but we r still sorting out a way to make sure we r in charge of the recruitment process
