ah! I see your confusion!


The first point says "To join others IN worship WITH Allah" ... that means associating someone and worshipping them as if they were god. i.e. worshipping someone else apart from Allah i.e. committing shirk. That is different from "To join others TO worship Allah", which means maybe praying in congregation.
