Salaam Aliekum!
I got a very clear answer from www.islamtoday.net today Alhamdullilah.I can show it for you.
Answer:
Dear questioner:
Al-Salâm `Alaykum wa Rahmah Allah wa Barakâtuh.
Blood analysis does not affect fasting. Also, if some blood comes out without the person’s wishing it, it will not invalidate his fasting unless the quantity of blood is extreme.
Please read the following article online:

Regarding sickness and fasting, this is the fatwâ of the Permanent Committee for Research and Fatwâ in Saudi Arabia: “If a trustworthy Muslim doctor says that it is not permissible to fast, then you can break your fast and make it up after you recover. If recovery is either delayed or not expected and you are almost certain that you will not be cured then you can feed one needy person one and a half kilograms of food in lieu of each day of fasting.”
And Allah knows best.
