Interesting changes in Iran...


Recently, the Bar Association has been instrumental is raising the age of marriage from nine to 13 years for girls and passing new laws that give divorced women better custody rights. But Bahman Keshavarz explains to Rasool that the Bar Association is under attack again. The Supreme Guardian Council has licensed 4,500 lawyers who haven't taken bar exams from the association. Their explanation--the country needs more lawyers and the association is too elitist.


Sounds like nine years old is a tad young...
