Bismillah
as salam alykom Dan
So sorry for this delay, i m sure u know it was not intentional. Alhamdulelah
I just saw it now.
I checked the hadeeth in Arabic. Matter of fact, to be honest with u, I m not good at checking hadeeth thru the volume xyz and book so and so.
But I made a search on the hadeeth that I already know Alhamdulelah, yet made sure to confirm on Muhadith. I found like 3 narrations. All share the same wordings of yes in the past or pervious. I can imagine that the translator just wanted to use a different word for style wise. But both words in Arabic are ma taqadam which translates as what has been before. This is a literal translation.
Alhamdulelah I was able to seize the cannot miss chance. Allah Knows how much I need all of this...
U go man teach it to your children and who ever u meet pls.....
