OK, let's get down to specific examples.
There is a muslim boy named Noor who is in my daughter's grade 1 class. You are claiming that, under Canadian law, Noor's mom has freedoms which are denied to my wife. i.e., that under Canadian law, Muslim women have special rights and freedoms that are denied to non-Muslim women.
I believe you are wrong. All people are equal under Canadian law. Why do you claim that, in Canada, Muslim women receive preferential treatment? Can you give us examples of what this preferential treatment is?
