Are the Prophets sinless?

Just to stress an important point here, I m sure Wel_mel already mentioned but just in case.


Although the Ayah is talking about forgiving the Messenger's sins which as we explained took place before he received the message, yet u might like to know what he was titled before he became a Messenger? They called him the truth sayer and the trustworthy. They trusted him for matters and he never betrayed the trust. He never told a lie no wonder they called him so. But as soon as he became a Messenger they refused to believe him.

reepi I fully understand your point, yes in Quran Allah Say what means that Adam disobeyed Allah and was tempted.


But as I explained to u I guess on my first post on this thread, that was for children of Adam to be advantaged with the possibility to repent, unlike satan who acted arrogant.


Yes as I explained also before that Yunus was punished but for what? not a sin, just he left the people he was assigned for without Allah's permission.
