Are the Prophets sinless?

Bismillah:

I'm not convinced the Koran teaches that Prophets are sinless.  For example, consider the following passage:
God commanded Adam to not eat of the Tree of Eternity (Immortality).  But Adam disobeyed God and ate from the tree.  Wasn't that a sin?

i've also shown you that Jesus sinned in the Bible ? wasn't that a sin as well ?


Matthew 10:23 - When giving instructions to his apostles as to just how they are to go about spreading his message Jesus says,." . . . for truly I say unto you, <b>you shall not finish going through the cities of Israel until the Son of Man comes."</b>


Matthew 16:28 - Jesus says to his disciples, "There are some of those standing here <b>who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom</b>."


does he fulfill this promise ? NO HE DOES NOT,. wasn't that a lie/sin ?


the sin of Adam was not intentionally ? it was just a mistake because human being by nature can do mistakes. and God did forgive him as soon as he repented.


but how about the promises of Jesus which never happened (in the Bible) wasn't that lie ? which considered to be a sin ?
