Insha'llah Bro. Suhail786, you can drink a glass of water and chew some sugar free gum, from the health food store, if you have one near you, or better yet, miswak, or a natural flavored chewing stick.
I've seen alot of brothers quit and these are some of the things they've done, instead of eat too much.
May Allah (swt) help you and congratulations fro the 48 hrs.
