As salamu aleiykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,Ronniv!

I am not sure if you were refering to me at all when saying :

Quote:I have questioned whether these "reverts" TRULY ever were Christian in the first place... that's all!

But I can say that for myself I began studying Christianity when I was 18,with the help of Greek and Hebrew texts and that lasted until just a few yrs ago,so basically for about 16-17 yrs. There were to many contradictions and discrepencies for me.Through out the OT it condemns worshiping any god except God(swt), Jesus(pbuh)said the same thing, yet the Hebrew word Elohim means one but can include more than one.Example Church means one church yet more than one member(I can see how trinitarians can use this)but the Bible makes plain thats theres only one, this was forced down the Hebrews throat. And then there is the Greek word Kurios meaning Lord, this same word is used in the Greek(the Greeks used the word kurios in place of YHWH) to refer to God(swt)(YHVW) in the OT Greek versions and to Jesus(pbuh) in the NT,If Yahweh is Gods'(swt) name then it cant be Jesus'(pbuh) also.In the OT it calls God(swt) the Beginning and the End,yet the NT uses this same term for Jesus(pbuh).I know all the stories of the trinity and the Christian concept of God(swt),this doesn't nullify the fact that the OT and Jesus(pbuh) both inforced the view of one God(swt) only,NOT 3 coequal beings in one. This veiw is the same as the ancient Egyptians, they believed in one supreme Netjer(god force)with more than one aspect. If God(swt) was a trinity then why didnt He use the anology of the Egyptians belief system to explain it to the Israelites when they were leaving Egypt? They would have understood the concept that God(swt) was one with 3 co-equal beings, but was different than any other pagan gods. Why ram it down their thoats that He was One and only one for all those yrs then turn around an expect them to accept the trinity and that Jesus(pbuh) was God(swt) in the flesh?

Jesus(pbuh)claimed he could not do anything of himself, that it was through the power of God(swt)that he did everything. If he were God(swt), he would have been able to do it on his own....

Also Christianity teaches that God(swt) changed certain laws and such, yet the Bible claims that God(swt) does not change.

God(swt) says He is Lord of Salvation.Christians claim that title for Jesus(pbuh)not God the Father.God(swt) said He was the Everlasting Father, yet in Revelation it claims that title for Jesus(pbuh).

Well did God(swt) change when Christians claim that He did away with certain Laws or did the Christians change those things for Him?

Either He changed or the Christians did it for Him.If thats the case then the Christians lied when writing the NT.Because God(swt) does not lie or Change.

In The OT it says thou shall not Murder, yet we are to suppose to believe that the same God who said that, turned around and told the Israelites to slaughter every living person(men, women and children) in the land of Canaan, when they went in to conquer it.Either God(swt)changed which we know He doesn't or the people who wrote that story lied. Therefore making the OT not be the exact words of God(swt).

God(swt) says He doesn't change,to say He changed things like the Laws in the OT,and done away with things is the same as saying He changes which is a contradiction and that He lied, which any one knows that God(swt) is not the author of confusion or lies..

So these things that contradict each other in the Bible have to be made up fabrications, because God(swt) does not lie,He does not Change, nor would He claim to be ONE and only ONE then turn around and send some one to tell them that He actually is 3 in 1.To cover up a truth is the same as lying and God(swt) does not lie.(As for the argument that Muslims claim that God(swt) covered up the fact that it was'nt Jesus(swt) who the Jews really crucified.God(swt) didnt tell the Christians to worship Jesus(pbuh)ever so thats their fault. He did it to confuse the Jews, which rejected Jesus(pbuh) from the start because of their hardened hearts.

God(swt) never contradicts Himself, any thing that has contradictions cannot be of God(swt).

Any one have that link to the site that gives the contradictions in the Bible?

These and other examples that are in the Bible is what led me to search else where.

This is why the Jews rejected Christianty, because it contradicted the Scriptures and they didnt want to accept Jesus(pbuh) as a messenger and prophet of God(swt).

Was-salamu!
