Yes that is a very difficult question for us to answer, WHO is a true believer? Isn't it? It is only Allah, SWT that knows who is and who isn't.
A Christan today can mean at least two ways, to us that do not the hearts of people. It can be a believer from ancient times that believed and followed the first commandment. And it can be a believer of today that believs in trinity. So to be on the safe side...
To my knowledge Christian women are not allowed to marry other than Christian men, so what is the problem? Can't the Christian woman say 'no thank you' to the proposal made by a Muslim man?

Yes that could be true, but then you forget that Islam gives everyone the freedom to practise that belief, even if it is wrong according to Islam. So you still have your freedom of choice to follow it.
