Quote:I'm getting sick of these type of posts also. It seems that questions have been phased out in favor of debates over answers. Would I have ever gotten out of high school if every time I disagreed with a teacher I put up a big fuss? Ask a question get some answeres move on. Don't argue if you do not like the answer or did not get the one that you wanted.
Brother i just have to second you on this. This is what i've been saying. We can only answer to a point and then after that, how far are we supposed to go? In circles? They come here ask a question we answer, they don't like the answer and then we answer again fine, try and clear up things, but then they still dont like that so we answer again, and then it goes on and on and on like we have to prove Qur'an to them. This doesn't apply just to "Martini" but the other posters as well i feel. Like the Qur'an is it the original word debate has been done three times since i've been at these forums, by the same person as well, how many times? It's almost like the Bible is perfect and not full of forged stories and blatant errors. It just doesn't seem like our job to have to defend Qur'an to them, it's the natural order that they should be explaining whats in the Bible to us. Man, if i got started on Bible posts and questions we'd be here all day and things would really get messy. But why i have no need? I have my own views about the Bible and i know through researching my self what it's status should be. I'm very happy with Islam, so questions on why this and why that, are not needed now. I would have at one point but not now, i am very warm and snug and comfortable with my religion. And watch how we get told off or questioned by Christians for mentioning the bible as not being authentic in our own forums as well (which are Islamic forums as a reminder for those who've forgot), just watch. Anyway i just wanted to quote what you said and sound off a little too . I agree wholeheartedly.
