As a matter of fact, this "Highway Robbery" is not limited to USAID alone. Even the Third World countries which receive loans from the US, (or other G8 countries) - Are required to import the goods from "the Donor" - while the donor would charge 50 to 100 percent more than the original market prices.


The real "criminal part on these donors" is that when the loan-receiver cannot pay the interest - the donor will charge the poor "receiver", by adding its interest into its original loan. For example - the US "wrote off" $1 billion loan to Pakistan for helping to "make regime change" in Afghanistan. What Gen. Musharraf did not tell his poor subjects that "the loan" was taken 30 years ago - and during that period - Islamabad had already paid $1.3 billion as INTEREST


The other hidden robbery is - When the US muli-national firms provide the "Design, Procurement and Construction" service to those wealthy idiots in the Middle East - the cost of the "project" usually end-up 2 to 3 times it would have cost in the US
