As Salam a`alaman itaba`alhoda
sorry amai, you must have been caught between Purgetroy and Whipser arguing and lost the main point which Purgetroy explained with some missing points.
With all due respect to brother Purgetroy I'd like to clarify a few points here:
[b:76fd0f3089]When we are born until we become mature, we are sinnless, as pure as nothingness. No matter who our parents are or what religion or cult they follow, God love us. [/color:76fd0f3089][/b:76fd0f3089]
when you are born you are born a Muslim until the parents change this into another.
[b:76fd0f3089]being an unbeliever, you might regret your sins, and do good deeds and that will all be plus signs on you in the day of judgment, yet your sins, even though you might think you asked forgivness, the question is, to whom did you ask? [/color:76fd0f3089][/b:76fd0f3089]
To make this point clear he means to tell you that the point is that you should ask for forgiveness from Allah the Only One Deity who is worthy of worship. As for your good deeds, you will be rewarded in the herein, but since you are not a Muslim then that is the main problem.
and I guess I explained this to you on a different topic but here it goes again. Working for microsoft and attending at Oracle. You will be terminated not only denied a salary.
You worship someone else and not Allah. Why do you expect Him to reward you.
is this easier.
As for our relation with Allah. We love Him of course. But the degree varies between servants as much as they see the importance of their relation with Allah. See not all Muslims are really devoted. And they shall certainly have their taste of Hell.
So in a nutshell amai, our relatioin with Allah is governed with faith which in Islam consists of 76 parts. One of them is it is mandatory to love and fear Allah. Fear Him in the sense that you wouldn't like to offend Him. and love Him in the sense that you want to please Him as much as possible.
Hope this made it clear to you amai
