I agree with the rest but I didn't understand, how the Muslim Ummah are re-emerging?. If ur saying from a the point that Muslim population is very big, this is not a valid reason. Every Muslim country is trying to save itself only. There is almost no unity !

Asslam-o-Aliakum

Thank for your encouraging word.

Population does play an important part in the emergence of a religion or civilization – especially among the alien communities. The 30 million going stronger Muslims among the Judo-Christian societies can play an important part by spread, and practicing the unique beauty of Islamic, tolerance, compassion, charity, anti-racism, and its direct relationship to God without the Clergy or Church as intermediary.

However, the emphasizes of my post was the financial muscles, if applied by Muslims, can go a great length to put them as big player at World Stage – by using this wealth to educate the Ummah in Islamic history along with contemporary scientific and nuclear technologies, while observing the golden rules of Islamic democracy, self-sufficiency in both agriculture and military – especially the air-power.

The golden rules prescribed by Ibn Khaldun to the Muslim rulers in the 14th century, can still play a great source of guidance:

1.The strength of the sovereign (Khalifah) doesn’t become consummated except by implementation of the Shari’ah.

2.The Shari’ah cannot be implemented except by a sovereign (Islamic State).

3.The sovereign cannot gain strength except through the people.

4.The people cannot be sustained except by wealth.

5.Wealth cannot be acquired except through development.

6.Development cannot be attained except through justice.

7.Justice is the criterion by which Allah will evaluate mankind.

8.The sovereign is charged with the responsibility of actualizing justice, with Allah- it is no less concerned with man’s just relationship with all other human and the universe.

Wa Salaam.
