Adultery – In Biblical And Islamic Terms
#63

Assalamu aleikum,

Hi JohnDoe,

I do think you do understand that the Tom and Jerry comparison has nothing to do with playing games with Shari'ah. And neither do I. That is also why I take the given law very serious and do wish to obey it. So to pinpoint again, adultery is a very serious crime and must be avoided. If you truly feel you have not gripped yet that Islam contains of TWO sources, the Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah, then you are right, I have failed in trying to explain it. Therefore IF your intentions to understand is serious you could also learn from the other posts. But again - it must be your choice and it also depends on your sincere interest.

John, I do think it may be better if YOU raise whatever question about Islam that you are looking for to be answered, since everyone has not the same questions at the same time and many come from different angles. So instead I welcome you to open up what is closest on YOUR mind. Put it down on the 'non Muslim' and I will read it. And I do hope you are willing to expand to other views too.

It is truly a great opportunity to be able to raise questions like this, you can use it in a positive way.

Regards
