Assalamu aleikum,
Hi JohnDoe,
Feel free to think it is misleading, but I on the other hand think that it is only ONE of many voices realizing the truth. I did not emphasize on that ALL think the same, it is just a taste of mountaintop I believe. And there are others remaining where they are, I would call it resisting to the Laws of Allah, SWT, but as we have all been given a mind to use, we can use and activate it in the way we think is appropriate and to what makes sense to us.
Now, about WHO Allah, SWT is - well it is really another issue. IF one has come so FAR as being willing to even discuss His Nature, then one probably have acknowledge His IS. I am quite aware of that for example Christians don't view Allah, SWT the same way as Muslims, on the other hand Muslims acknowledge, without no doubt whatsoever that there IS only ONE Creator. So if stating that there is the possibility of 'another God' or 'not the same God', astaghfirullah, well according to Islam that is way out of line from the monotheistic belief, which cannot be anything else that ONE GOD, Allah, SWT. There is no ROOM for 'another' or 'not the same'. Then one has left monotheism.
